Jack Hiatt

Jack Hiatt serves as the Manager of Treasury Accounting at Indiana University Health. He completed his undergraduate degree from Marian University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and received his Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the Academy of International Modern Studies in 2020. Jack went on to earn his Certified Management Accountant certification in April 2022 shortly after welcoming his newborn son. Jack is also a Certified Global Business Professional and Certified Scrum Master He has experience in the fields of public accounting, fund administration, and investment accounting. Jack has been a member of IMA since 2021. Jack is an active member of the Indianapolis tennis community. He is an avid hunter and enjoys playing softball for Circle City Athletics. Jack resides on the southside of Indianapolis with his wife and son.

Victoria Smith

Currently is Controller at Department of Workforce Development (DWD), State of Indiana. Victoria has MS in Electronics Engineering from Russia and over 25 years of experience in accounting, she started her career as a financial analyst and worked in various telecom, cable, manufacturing and public accounting companies. She then joined DWD as a Project Manager in 2017. After leaving DWD she’s been with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) as Deputy Controller and Controller at Criminal Justice Institute (CJI). She has been an IMA member since 2002 and an active board member holding different positions such as VP of Education, President and Treasurer. Victoria has three children and lives in downtown. Indianapolis.

Benjamin Clever

Benjamin Cleaver, CMA, MBA is currently the Corporate Controller for Australian Gold, LLC, a tanning lotion, sunscreen, and skin care products manufacturer headquartered in Indianapolis. Ben has spent the last 15+ years in various roles in accounting and finance across multiple industries and companies of various sizes from small, privately-held to Fortune 100. Prior to that, he worked primarily in the insurance industry with experiences in sales, customer service, and underwriting. Ben lives in Indianapolis and is married to his wife, Ann, and they have 2 daughters. Ben received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance degree at Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa.

Mary Kate Bickford

Mary Kate is the VP of Engagement for the IMA Indianapolis chapter. Accounting was not her original field of study, but since pivoting to the field she has achieved certifications in general accounting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks and is currently a Staff Accountant with AES Restaurant Group in Zionsville. She is also studying to obtain her CMA certification. When she isn't working, Mary Kate watches and performs stand-up comedy and loves cooking and traveling with her partner, Ashish.
